Can not upload Image into Album !

When upload picture,I found this error :
"SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 506/506 is not allowed to access /home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/hinh/data/media/3 owned by uid/gid 48/48 in /home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/hinh/includes/upload.php on line 114"

Ofcourse all steps of installation are correctly, and I can use Admin to control the site. But can not upload the picture ! All directories and files are changed CHMOD= 777 already.
Can you show me how to do?

Please search the forums.  This has been discussed many, many times.  There are workarounds and even a mod to help you.
