1.) you need root access to your server to install imagemagick. Ask you host to do it for you.

2). Yes, see "docs/Installation.txt" for detailed instructions.

3.) See http://www.4homepages.de/forum/viewtopic.php?p=6741#6741 how to create the config.php manually.

     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/thumbnails
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/tmp_media
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/tmp_thumbnails
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : templates
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : templates/default
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : templates/default/media

Set permissions for the following files:

chmod 666 (-rw-rw-rw-) : all files in the directory "templates/default"

Sorry, i did not understand your last question. Just follow the steps in the Installation.txt. After that you don't have to chmod files.

ok
it says chmod those files to 777 but then it says chmod some similair files to 666?

what was the point of chmodding those files to 777 if u chmod them to  666 straight after that....?

if u chmod to 666 i says in my ftp program access denied if i want to go into the folders i justed chmodded to 666?
